I don't have the book but I did look at it recently and I thought she did list low-fat milk. I didn't pay much attention because for me I believe in full-fat dairy. I'm sure someone here will respond and let you know for sure. Oh, the book I looked at was the "Recharged" one.
I used Tosca's book a long time ago before I got pregnant, and Im not sure why I didnt stick with it, but Im wanting to try it again. I cant remember though... Dairy isnt used in eating clean? Like no skim milk, no greek yogurt, no CHEESE! lol I need a quick refresher... maybe I need to check the book out the library again...
