Hi Clean Eating Sparkers!
Can anyone tell me if you have any clean Jelly or jam you can recommend? Other than jarring my own lol!
I've been eating the Polaner Raspberry All Fruit with Fiber but I'm not sure if this is Clean.
The ingredients list says: Juice concentrate (Pear, Grape), Maltodextrin (dietary fiber), Raspberries, Fruit Pectin, Citric Acid, and Natural Flavor.
It also says: **Sugars from Fruit/Fruit Juice Concentrate. No Artifical Color. This product is gluten free.
Nutrition lists: 0 Fat, 0 Sodium, 10 Carbohydrates, 3 Dietary Fiber, 7 Sugar, 0 Protein
Any idea if this meets the clean food definition or if you have suggestions for something better I would appreciate it!
