I'm starting a new weekly topic, Every Sunday I will be posting a food of the week! Feel free to post any recipes, tips or nutrition info you may know on the food and try to make a point of using the food of the week in a meal at least one time during the week. I think this could be a fun informative thing for us to do and its a great way to get out of your comfort zone and try something new!
Watch for the new food of the week ! I am going to try and get it up right away Sunday morning.
