It's ok. Things happen. I'm glad you were just busy and that nothing happened to you. I think fall is a time we all, well, at least I do....recommit to things. I am recommitting to food tracking, to exercise, to following the Eat Clean program. I played too much over the summer.....not a bad thing. I did such a good job to get to that "summer weight." I went back to school in the fall (I work at a high school) and the stress of work made me gain almost 10 lbs!!!!!!!!! I'm sick of it! Help me!!!!! Help me help myself! I'm ready to commit. I'm running now! or again I should say after a couple years off. I'm ready to eat clean again! Thanks for being here Dojorat and Doxiebox!

I know i haven't been much of a team leader over the summer, just didnt have much spare time to spend on the computer. Unfortunately for me summers are quite busy for working and I am without internet access quite a bit. I did try to find a team co leader in the spring but it didnt work out to well.
On a good note things are getting back to normal here and I am going to be spending more time on Spark again so hopefully we can get this team going again

I hate to see it fall, too!.. I am in need of some major butt kicking. I want to start eating clean again, but I am afraid to spend the money to do it. That's nuts, I know! Prices have majorly increased, at least around here. But I hope to get back to it. I just am not meant to count calories!...
As far as advice for your situation, that is tough! When I worked with children this summer, I had to find certain times when I was able to eat my snacks. I knew I had lunch at 12, but I was crammed with activities from 930-12. So I had to take a quick break around 915 and eat my snack QUICK. Usually I had breakfast around 730, so it wasn't that long after, but if I didn't have it, I'd starve until lunch and overeat. I don't know if you have any breaks like that or not. I was also lucky enough to have my snack with them at 3, but I packed my own stuff but I knew it was at 3 every day. Anyway, hope you can find time, perhaps between classes?

I am so sad to see this team fall by the wayside, kaput, die-out, sputter, tank....etc. I must admit that I hadn't been here in a little while because I started back to school but I was anxious to come back and see what everyone was doing. I was anxious to get my Tosca mo-jo back! I gained 7-8lbs since going back to school with the different schedule and the sitting in a chair business and not being able to eat the TOSCA way. HATE IT! I can't eat on that schedule. I can't stop at 10am and say "excuse me, gotta go have a snack!" I need ideas! I need support! What is everyone else doing to get around these obstacles. I did so fantastic over the summer!!.....yea, when I was off work/school. I try and try to eat clean. I do pack a fantastic lunch and take it to school ( I work at a high school.) I can't stand to see this team die out! Please, let's keep it going on our own. We can do it!
