I've been on again off again clean eating but I have every morning had Tosca's Clean Oats for breakfast.....yes, faithfully....with almond milk and fruit. It's also been an occassional "go-to" snack or lunch when nothing else will work and I don't want to eat bad. Six months ago I had my cholestrol checked and it was a little high....just a little.....nothing to be alarmed about. I wasn't but I was curious this time.....six months later .....how it looked (I get blood work done every six months.) Well......drum roll......
Total cholestrol down 27 points
Triglycerides down 148 points
HDL up 10 points (they are supposed to go up-that's good)
LDL down 8 points
Amazing to me! I totally attribute that to Tosca's Clean Oats and my ability to eating them every morning!
I hope this helps someone with Cholestrol issues.
