Eat Clean Diet was the first in the series. Recharged is an updated version of it. Stripped is a totally different level of clean eating. It does not contain any dairy or bread items. Even though the portion sizes and principals are the same in all the Eat Clean books, the menu plans and recipes are different. They never repeat a recipe in any of their cookbooks.
For people who are just starting in Clean Eating, I would suggest the Recharged book. It has the most versatile menu plans in it for various levels of weight loss, maintenance and for families and vegans and gluten free options.
