You are right I really shouldn't focus so much on the numbers. I do see such a difference in my body already and it has only been 2weeks. I feel healthier and lighter. My clothes fit better. I just need to focus on that:) Thanks so much!
Yep very normal!! Ihave been following the eat clean books, sparks tracker and zig zagging my calories for a year now and I have lost only 12lb but I have lost over 20 inches of body fat and went from a size 13 to a 9 and still shrinking lol...so please don't worry so much about the scale, measure yourself with your cloths and the measuring tape...yep works great!! And if your eating any fruit at night stop eat them at night, but do eat fruit through out the day- stop eating them 4-5 hours before bed time and eat only dairy, protein, healthy fats and veges. This works awesome! At least for me it does.
I have been eating clean for 2 weeks. I weighed myself at one week and lost 5pnds which I was so excited about:) I weighed myself again this morning at 2 weeks and lost nothing:( Is it normal not to have any weight loss in a week? I think I have been doing everything right so I am just a little disappointed that there was no loss this week. Is this normal?
