Ha, I barely exercise outside when the weather is good :)

It's one of those things I want to work on, start walking the trail near my house (a 2 mile paved loop, so "trail" may be a bit of an overstatement) every weekend - regardless of weather - but right now, when it's a mere 26F outside, I'm way more of a mindset to run out to my car and crank the heater full blast rather than experience the cold :)

I have never been an outdoor person. All I do outside is ride my bike when the weather is nice enough.

I used to go run out in the cold and snow, but then I kept getting upper respiratory infections real bad, so I don't exercise out in the cold anymore.

Do you exercise outside in the winter? If so what type of exercise do you do?

I like to get out and snowshoe and once it warms up a little (above 25) I'll start running outside again. I used to hate winter before I started the snowshoeing now I actually look forward to it!
