My fitness goal is to get 60 fitness minutes most days.

Sorry I haven't posted a question for a few days, I have been a little under the weather.

Today's question of the day is do you set monthly fitness goals?

I haven't for a few months but I started it up in January again because I found it helps keep me focused on what I need to accomplish.
