I do strength training on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the gym. I let them write me a program.

I try and exercise every day, and alternate cardio & strength training. This week I've worked out 4 times, 3 of those were strength (so... not great about my own plan :) )

I tend to do more body weight type exercises (push ups, sit ups, squats) because I don't want to invest in tons of equipment I may or may not use.

Up until last Sept I did strength training religiously 3 days a week for years, somehow I managed to fall out of the habit and am trying to get back into it again. I'm having a little trouble adjusting as hubby took the bowflex apart and wants to sell it (takes up too much room) and now I have to work out at the gym and I havn't quite figured out all the equipment yet plus it requires leaving the house. Cant just walk into the next room in my jammies and get to work, lol!
