I purchased a gym membership for myself last week and I spent time today checking it out and got a really good workout in.

Today, I'm going to make sure I get enough water. It's cold! The heat is on non-stop and this is when I get chapped lips, flaky skin, etc. Not this year, this year I'm taking good care of me.

I'm also going to work on flexibility (my achilles heel).
