well, i have been working on this faithfully for a week now, and i realize that it has to start w/a huge breakfast.

and really planning planning planning my evenings.

and being strong enough to say no...

you're gonna think it's weird, but i have been eating beans for breakfast. within one fell swoop, i get my dietary fiber done with. and it's w/the protein and carbs. i eat oatmeal for lunch. i eat tuna for lunch.

i was for awhile eating 4 egg whites, and a bag of frozen veggies for breakfast w/fat free feta cheese. but i moved it to lunch...

"so whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God." 1 cor 10:31

"therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that so easily entangles, and let us run w/perseverance the race marked out for us." Hebrews

Nope, it's not just you. Like you, the evening seems to be my downfall. It's almost as though something else takes over. Wierd. What are some ways to avoid or sidestep the evening munchies? Anybody have ideas or experience with this?

i must admit, i am not faithful to it at all...

it goes well till about 8pm at night. then i blow it. i have tried to eat HUGE breakfasts to fix this, i have increased my fiber and my protein to almost no carbs, and i still am binging after 8pm... and it is junk.

i had gotten rid of the junk in my house but i had a jack and jill at my house for my son and they left the pies, ice cream, cakes, etc, here...

so, what about you??? is it just me???
