For a real clear understanding of Clean Eating get your hands on Tocsa Reno's books. She is the "Queen" of Clean Eating and her books are easy reading and the recipes are wonderful. Her husband, Robert Kennedy, publishes great magazines such as Clean Eating and Oxygen.

Do what you can - focus on what you can change, do not dwell on what you can't change.

In a nutshell -- What you're trying to do is eat food in their whole and natural form... without preservatives or industrial processing. The closer to organic you can get, the better. You're also trying to keep it low fat.

Check out some of the links in the sticky. Or http://www.eatcleandiet.com/
which will give you some ideas.
