Which DVDs are you using?
I'm currently on two days of rest between Couch to 5k weeks. The last day of week 1 was really hurting my upper abdominals, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for week 2, day 1 on Wednesday.
I'm about to go get my crunches and push ups in :)

I worked out at the gym and played on the Wii Fit for a little while but the kids got antsy and took the Wii back :)

Did my cardio while the kids watched a cartoon! They were happy and I got to workout without distractions.

Got 10 minutes in so far! Realized there is an indoor public pool nearby. My workouts are going to go into over-drive. I love swimming!

I did! :) Took my baby to the pool and traded him off so hubby and I could swim laps! We all had a very good time. I love fun fitness that involves the whole family.

GOALS:
Finish Couch to 5K
Get Scuba Certified
Do a Sprint Triathlon

Exercise? What's that? I haven't been able to do much of that in MONTHS. Injury and surgery, moving out of state, 3 kids, full-time work, full-time SAHM, stress, exhaustion...nope, no room for exercise.

I miss working out 6 days/week like I used to. Maybe after the holidays are done, I'll be able to start doing that. If my little cling-on will stay in the kids' club...

Sadly, yesterday my exercise was limited to walking through the nursinghome to visit grandma and puttering in the garden for a few minutes. My foot is still sore after doing that little bit.

We're at Niagara Falls and I walked until my feet fell off, I think. It's nap time at the hotel for the little guy and then we're going out for another falls walk, dinner and shopping. I'm so mad though because I forgot to pick up my pedometer before i left home yesterday.

I did 15 min on the elliptical, lower body strength training, and then 15 min on the treadmill. Felt good!

I didn't manage to get to the gym but planned on finishing up painting the Babybear's new bedroom which sure works up a sweat but of course I didn't manage that either so I'm 0 for 1 on exercise this week.
