I saw your thread Nea - and knew it was just what I needed "a lofty goal" to get me zero'd in on a plan.
20 lbs - wouldn't that be great? won;t it be fun when we reach it!!
I would ultimately like to have some definition in my abs and a smaller butt.
Fit back into my business suits...and see that number on the scale by June 15, 2013
I would like to continually challenge myself to not gain any back.
I find success in setting mini challenges/streaks for myself - Say there is an item I want -
whether it be diet (8 glasses of water per day) or fitness (work out 3 x per week for 4 weeks) I reward myself with the item if I make it happen...if I want that new purse...I need to set a fitness challenge up for myself.
