Once or maybe twice a week - I just don't obsess over the scale number anymore but realize I have to hold myself accountable.
I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, NOTHING & NOBODY will hold me down. I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.
I weigh myself every day (always in the morning right before I jump int he shower), but I only count it on my official weigh day. It kind of gives me a reality check throughout the week and helps me to stay on track.
When I have overdone I don't weigh. When a new weight program, I weigh everyday OR when I am just curious to see the different fluctuations. I did weigh everyday a while back, but got off with all the holidays and birthdays. I usually only chart it when I lose, but have put weight gains down, too, albeit not often. I am struggling to lose a couple of pounds I gained from the end of Oct through the first part of January.

I weigh myself every monday morning (except for last week because I knew I had a bad weekend and I didn't want to face the scale). So I was really good all week, but when I weighed myself this morning I had gained a pound :(
Do you think weighing myself everyday is a good idea or should I just face the scale every week even if I don't want to so I can see where I went wrong in the week to better prevent weight gain? Thanks!
