my plan for today is to chill for the two hour delay come home do up the dishes , and later this afternoon i am going to do a step test ( have to wait for some one to help me (Tim)) this is going to be counting how many steps ups i can do in 3 min and then see what my heart rate is after i have been done for 3 min will post the results
