You may find setting up regular smaller meals throughout the day + snacks & drinking lots of water will do the trick without any kinds of medicine or side effects. Also loading meals with greens is a great way to get full. You can also add all natural fiber to your water (like benefiber or equate fiber) which may help you feel much fuller more naturally.

the OTC stuff is a waste of money. To get a truly effective appetite suppressant, you will have to visit your doctor. I DO NOT recommend taking them.
They are highly addictive, and really mess up your body. Plus, you will gain back the weight you lose.
