Calorie ranges are based on the amount you want to loss and the time frame you have set. 1200 - 1500 calories is what considered the minimum daily range.

I wouldn't be concerned about your range being higher than others. Give it time and if you still are not losing, maybe try readjusting your goals.

My nutrition tracker has me eating 1500 - 1850 calories a day to loose 1 lb a week. Does this seem like a lot to anyone else? I see most other people in the 1200-1500 range (but maybe they are trying to loose more per week) I'm not doing a specific exercise regimen as I really need to get my eating in check. Mostly I workout here and there throughout the week so it's not like I'm doing a crazy amount of cardio. It seems like that calorie range is associated with people doing alot more exercise than what I'm doing.

Just looking for some input maybe I'm being paranoid? Thanks!!!
