Didnt get my work out in tonight and feeling bad about that, I would do it now but its so late that I wont be able to get to sleep and be up by 5 tomorrow morning. Had parent teacher conferece tonight and the teacher was running late so it just threw of my entire evening. The conference was ok, my daughter is doing well, the only down side was that she needs to work on her "respect". She is apparently "not using her words in a helpfull way" I was sort of hoping that this new little attitude was just something being displayed at home. I had a nice little chat with her and am hoping we can get this straightened out.
Then to top off my night I just realized my scale was not working right and once I fixed it my starting weight is actually 5 pounds higher than I thought it was. I think I just need to go to bed and hope for a better day tomorrow and of course work twice as hard on my workout to make up for tonight.
