Welcome to our group. I am also a runner. If I lived close to you I would be game. I struggle with motivation a lot. I plan to run, but never make that first step out the door.

I am just getting over a bad cold. So as soon as I stop coughing, I plan on getting back to running.

Hello to all! I am new to this website, but emoticon not to weight loss. I heard about sparkspeople through the forum at runnersworld.com and am quite intrigued. I successfully lost 20 pounds prior to Christmas, maintained my weight loss through the holidays, and am ready to get serious again. I have 69 pounds to lose (hopefully by my wedding anniversary at the end of July. I know that is aggressive, but I am targeting it anyway!

I would LOVE to find another "spark person" who might be interested in running. I am in the West Chester/Chadds Ford area and would love to have someone to run with once or twice a week. Any takers?
