I am determined to get right back on track today! I had a good week leading up to Turkey Day, and I will continue that trend from today on. I made a low sugar, fat free pumpkin pie for us to have here at the house, even though we went out to eat. It wasn't bad, so we have that to snack on for a couple days, but it is crustless and pretty low in calories for a pie. Back to work today, I had the last three days off, so I should be well rested! Have a great weekend! Missy
It will be easy to lose the weight! Check out my blog:

Too late to go easy, but I'll take advantage of the guilt to get a good fresh start tomorrow. I certainly have much to be thankful for. Hopefully we can all spend more time during the year focusing on our gifts and less worrying about our troubles. Hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving Day!
