There is a tab for Food Groupings. I've got my coffee w/ milk and sugar free Nestle Quik in mine plus my PB&J waffles. That's my favorite breakfast. Just add them in one time and they are there for you.

When you click add food. You can type in coffee, sugar, and the kind of cream you use all seperate and add them to your favorites. Or if you drink a starbucks or Dunkin donuts coffee you can find those under the search and then you could add that to your favorites. Hope that makes sense to you.
I was drinking coffee everyday too but I had to stop because it wasn't mixing well with my medicine I take. So now I sometimes settle for decaf. I use Spenda somedays and sugar others. I don't mind the splenda in my coffee. But I don't care for the Splenda in my ice tea.

For the water 1 = one 8 oz glass

For the coffee - right under the water tracker you will see add food to plan click on there then do a search on the food you want you will probably have to add each thing seperately e.g. - coffee will be listed as one, then cream, then sugar.

When you go to Meal Planner (Food Tracker) and put in your breakfast how do you add in coffee with cream and two spoons of sugar? I would like that to be on my list every day, for now. I plan to cut out the sugar as a goal but I want it to be honest for right now. Also, I don't understand how to use the water tracker. Do they want you to say 1 if you did all of your water goal for the day ? Or is it add one(1) for each 8oz of water? Thanks for your help.
