I've been on here for about 2 weeks now and haven't yet managed to exercise regularly. I think I'm ready to set an exercise goal for next week. Starting Monday, I will try to get in at least 30 mins of cardio (probably walking) at least 3 days next week. I think that by posting this goal, I will be more likely to do it. Any support and/or encouragement will be welcomed! Thanks!
