I just started about 10 or 11 days ago. I did 20 mins 4 days last week and started again today for the coming week. I am going to increase to 25 mins this week. Bought new exercise music tapes to motivate me. You can do it! good luck.
I know when I first started it was hard thinking about doing 30 mins. of exercise at first. So I just started with 10 min. intervals a day and worked my way up and before I knew it I was doing 30 mins. or more. Now I do at least 90 mins. of exercise everyday. You start looking forward to it because it makes you feel so good. Good Luck!!!
I've been on here for about 2 weeks now and haven't yet managed to exercise regularly. I think I'm ready to set an exercise goal for next week. Starting Monday, I will try to get in at least 30 mins of cardio (probably walking) at least 3 days next week. I think that by posting this goal, I will be more likely to do it. Any support and/or encouragement will be welcomed! Thanks!
