The weather can be a challenge here in PA, but finding a way to incorporate exercise, even indoors, into my everyday life is a priority.
For example, when there is a show on TV that I really want to watch, I turn it on... and start stepping. Walking, jogging, even step aerobics all work in front of the TV, as do crunches and other strength exercises. The couch is looking a little lonely, but the exercise is helping me look and feel better.
Another time I squeeze exercise into my day is doing laundry. With the washer and dryer in the basement, I often get down there only to discover that the load is not quite finished. So, I jog in place (or in small circles) until the washer clicks off.
