Well, not long after I posted on Sunday, we went out for a late breakfast and then went to our local fitness trail which has about fourteen exercise stations on it. After that we hiked another couple miles, so it was a good day. Today I'll work outside lifting, walking and running for about eight hours, so that will be a good one too. Also started logging my food again yesterday... another big plus. Spring *is* shaping up!
