i have been dancing around the house to reggae music this morning while i am cleaning and doing laundry. then i did my core exercises to oldies. now i am going for a walkaround Tyler state park. i got off track for a few weeks when my mom was very sick but i am back in the swing again - thank God!

Did 120 minutes of walking and running today, but the significant thing was entering my food for the second day. Haven't been doing that for months and that's something I really need to do to consistently lose. The strange part, I forgot how easy it is. I know it didn't take more than ten minutes either day and I had forgotten all my shortcuts, so as it all comes back, I should need no more than five minutes to enter both my food and exercise. I feel a streak coming on!

Well, not long after I posted on Sunday, we went out for a late breakfast and then went to our local fitness trail which has about fourteen exercise stations on it. After that we hiked another couple miles, so it was a good day. Today I'll work outside lifting, walking and running for about eight hours, so that will be a good one too. Also started logging my food again yesterday... another big plus. Spring *is* shaping up!

Yesterday I bought a yoga ball and 5 pound weights and did about 45 minutes of strength exercises today. Probably half of that time was telling my hubby to quit laughing at me as I fell off the ball! But it made it kinda fun. I really have to push myself to do any exercise.

I moved the couch about an inch when I rolled over a while ago. Surgery made me lazy and I need to kick my butt into gear. I have been working out, but not often or long enough. I need to grit my teeth and just do it. Spring *is* in the air!
