I tried tofu years ago and did not care for it but I am willing to give it another try. My sister says that it takes on the taste of foods it is cooked with. I have lots of recipes using it just gotta get cooking!

My favorite tofu's are: Morninu - it has very smooth texture and doesn't have the aftertaste of soy. It is also lower calorie, so you may have to use more to get the same amount of protein. It's great in smoothies and desserts and "cream" based soups. Azumaya - for dishes required to saute/marinade/bake/fry tofu. It holds together nicely.
