Keeping a larder stocked with things like beans and nuts, so that you have alternate sources of protein is good to do. I also keep some veggie (non soy) based protien powder to add into smoothies and oatmeal since I can't have dairy.
So, payday is tomorrow and I have my list ready for when I get off work at 1. I have no meat products on there. I've got some recipes for vegetarian meals so we're going to try those. If I get a really bad craving, I've got meats stocked in my freezer. Besides, that's what eggs are for!
