Made a salad with shredded romaine hearts, sliced plum tomatoes, cucumber slices and olive bar toppings. green olives stuffed with provolone, pitted kalamata olives, sweet mini red peppers, italian mushrooms. drizzled light olive oil with lemon juice.
We have a Chinese place next door to my job. I normally get chicken, but I went for the Veggie Delight with a crab rangoon. It was amazing. The sauce was savory and sour so it satisfied the taste I wanted with the pepper steak. I didn't eat the baby corn or the bamboo shoots, they didn't taste right with the sauce, but I devoured the broccoli, red peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms! Luckily, my business manager is vegetarian so she's finishing off the leftovers so they don't go to waste : )
