Now that we have exported our horrible eating habits maybe Americans will embrace healthy eating. It's what we did with smoking.

This is a great article, and it ties in with our recent conversation about meat being unaffordable for poorer people, and the health problems that come along as people get more money and eat more meat. (Note: I wouldn't blame rising obesity rates solely on meat consumption, but it looks like part of the equation.)
