You must be pretty sensitive to some foods. For me it is bananas and tomatoes.

I think I figured out the problem. I bought my eggs at the regular supermarket which is not a big deal. But when I bought the orgaic eggs I never really noticed a difference in color of the yolk or thickness of the shell from the non organic variety. I bought some organic eggs at Trader Joe's and there is a pretty big difference. I had the same problem with cheese too so I bought some organic cheese and made an omelet today and had absolutely no problems. I never thought there was a huge difference between the two but I guess my body can tell the difference. lol

Thank you so much BTVMADS. My mom thinks that I just was eating too many of them. I was having then every day for breakfast but I think it would be a good idea to go to the doctor and see if its an allergy. Thanks so much for all the advice. :) I really appreciate it.

Yep. I have to agree with the tuna, nuts and milk.

I agree with the rest too, I just do not eat those.

I actually have had this problem -- it started when I was about 23 (3 years ago). And oddly enough, after a year of not eating eggs... it went away! I've been eating eggs fairly often for 2 years now with no problems. I have no idea what caused it or what made it go away. I do know that it was always worse if I had old eggs or if the eggs were overcooked (scrambled eggs/omelets usually get overcooked).

Fact is though, I think it's entirely random that it went away for me, so I'd say talk to your doctor. It's not worth the stomach pain to follow my bad example!

In the meantime, try getting protein from beans, canned fish (canned tuna is cheap, and canned salmon is a tasty alternative to the $15/lb stuff!), nuts, dairy, and tofu. Plenty of easy, meatless options out there!

Sometimes if I eat boiled eggs too much they give me stomach aches. But no nausea for me.
I hope you get over it soon!

That sounds awful. So sorry that you are feeling nausea after eating eggs. I agree that this might be an allergy and that you should check in with a physician. I've not had any problems with eggs, and actually ate a hard boiled egg this morning. I hope you can get this figured out.

Sounds like you've developed an allery to eggs. It's a fairly common allergy.

I haven't been buying meat, its too expensive and I don't really like preparing it. I have been eating a lot of eggs but lately every time I eat eggs I feel really nauseus. I even switched to organic eggs from free roaming hens and it still made me feel just plain sick. Does anyone else have this problem?
