If you go to the Vegetarian Times website, they have an archive of ALL of their recipes from every back issue, starting in 2003 (or maybe earlier!). You can do a really thorough advanced search as well, to narrow the search by meal, dish, dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, etc), time, even season and cooking method! Their recipes never fail to please in this house.

Is there a site for people who eat seafood but no other meat? That maybe takes the meat out and replaces it with a good substitute? I do eat cheese and dairy, just not the actual meat. I have wanted to do this for a long time but am just now getting serious. I basically only eat meat when I have to.
