Hi, I don't know if this is where we check in, but I just joined the team. I've been a member of S/P for 4+ months and am still finding my way around. Was happy to see this team. I didn't know the term 'flexitarian' but it describes how I eat, perfectly. I've gradually gotten to very little to no beef, no pork for sure, some fish and chicken. I like an all vegetarian meal now, but my husband still likes a lot of meat. It works out well because we eat the same 'sides' but different proteins at time.

I also just joined today and am looking forward to reaching my goals. I have been a flexitarian for a few years due to an inability to digest most meats. It will be helpful to see how the rest of you make it work...
Welcome, I have been here awhile, but I don't post often. This is a great site and I like seeing so many other flexitarians. I sometimes feel guilty that I cannot go completely vegetarian, but this team helps me feel ok with who I really am.

I just joined today. I and my guy are both pre-diabetic, though at times the Dr's tell us we are Diabetic. We both need to lose weight. I need to lose 30 pounds and he need to lose 20 to 25. We are trying to focus on becomming more vegetarian, with meat a couple times a week and no red meat. I wanted to find an active team. I hope this is one.
