Well, MEDDY, after all visiting should be fun, not a chore , maybe some other activity would perk you up? Maybe a "fitbit"would do the trick? or something totally unrelated to sparkpeople? You do Theatre so maybe more of that?
I too have problems with this sometimes but I know it is tied in with the time of year, I always get depressed between October and Mars.(Swedish as I am) Tough to go on as usual. I hope you feel better soon.

It is really awful - when I reached top level with spark people I lost motivation for ding my "chores" - like visitng my teams and huddle every day... I thought it was a great habit and got points as a reward but now I donīt care about the reward and the habit is slipping...

i'm starting a new month here and trying to recommit - we are making up for the lack of a swedish summer last year, spending the rest of the winter on the island of molokai. the best part (apart from the warm weather!) is that it is so easy for the miles to accumulate because you *want* to be outdoors.
