Yesterday I moved around all day but I don΄t really know how to count...I will put in ten minutes because I did a dance act and two choreographies and practice for it so it will come together to tenminutes...

Nothing for me today. Had to go to work at 8;15 am.
Tomorrow i will go to gym,and work hard , have a anniversary dinner with dear husband
