Almost 3 000 minutes we did as a team in may - maybe everybody still have not added all their minutes? I sort of lost it the last week and have not been contributing much... the fun thing is that we do have a record to beat from now on! The challenge of june is to do more minutes together than in mya! I will set up that thread today!

today I spent 4.5 hours walking in Dc and in the churches and museums here, but if i enter that time on my exresice column the calories burned get too high i think so i will only add 2.5 hourd so

may 9th no gym (still got a cold) so insgtead i walked to the Dr.office and back 30 min total may 10 no gym .walked to the grocery store. 50 min total may 11 I actually went to gym 45 min elliptical may 12 and 13 Resting.
