Walk/Jog/Run/Bike Substitute it! Members track in miles (or steps) the distance that they substituted for a more healthy choice. IE rode bike to park instead of drive or Walked to work instead of drive. Took family geocaching and walked to all of the points ... Went golfing and didn't rent a golf cart and toted my clubs. The object would be to see how many miles/steps you cans substitute from Memorial day to Labor day.
