Walk/Jog/Run/Bike Substitute it!
Members track in miles (or steps) the distance that they substituted for a more healthy choice. IE rode bike to park instead of drive or Walked to work instead of drive. Took family geocaching and walked to all of the points ... Went golfing and didn't rent a golf cart and toted my clubs.
The object would be to see how many miles/steps you cans substitute from Memorial day to Labor day.
Summer is usually our second busiest time. For those with kids this is when life gets hectic since they are not in school. Family vacations and Picnics.
I would suggest we have a challenge for the summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Leave suggestions here and on May 25 I will post what the Challenge will be.
