Dancing is my favorite exercise , but for 2 yrs now i have to do something else i had baad knee and a year ago i had a knee replacement, was about ready to do some dancing in may but fell and had to wait.
LAST NIGHT WAS MY FIRT TIME DANCING , IT WAS 2 YRS
I really enjoy it, i was scare to start dancing again , actually 2 of my friend started dancing
again after surgery also so we put out fear away and all 3 went dancing, what a good time
we had.we are hoping to go again next friday.
I love walking witch is a good thing since I don't drive. On cold and rainy days like were having this week I try to get my time in on the stair stepper or the elliptical set up in the livingroom while watching tv or listening to some music on my Ipod.

Good morning everyone!!!
Sometimes we get in the same routine and then get bored with it. Then have less motivation to keep going. I'd like to know what you LOVE to do in your workouts, could give others some ideas to stay motivated!
I personally absolutely LOVE to dance. I put on my Dance mix CDs of the 90's (and present music), turn up the volume and will dance away or do my workout with it.
It's a great way for me to push myself cause I stay with the beat of the music!
