Great job everyone for finishing strong on the challenge. I'm going to finish out the month. Although I am no CrossFit superstar his old lady can now do burpees correctly and even a little faster. When I started this challenge my burpees were a scotch drop to all fours lay down, crawl to all fours then push off one knee to stand. Practicing every day I can now hop down and up from them. I am very pleased having completed the challenge and seeing the improvement

Posting to pull back up the board. Slowly working my way thru this challenge. I have seen a definite improvement in my Burpees. I can get up and down now without crawling, next to work on getting a little faster. I'm on day #21 see my post below for details.

AMRAP - 10min = 7 rounds = 35 burpee box jumps
5 burpee box jumps - 16" box
10 Knees to Elbows

Run - 1 mile ~10min

So glad you are joining me. Start at any time you want. If we do well with this we can try 60 burpees for 60 days.

Just edit your post as you do the burpees with the date. See my post below where I've posted the day # and that I did 30 burpees.

I'm in - what day are you on?

I did the 100 day burpee challenge last year - it was a total of 5,050 burpees at the end. I think that's too many becuase I was having cronic shoulder soreness towards the end.

I saw on one of our discussions where a member said he did a 100 burpees for 100 days to improve his burpees. As I am a struggling overweight crossfit junkie trying to do 100 burpees a day was too daunting so I've trimmed it down to a smaller number with the goal to work on form and technique which will lead to improvement in my speed and ability to do Burpees.

Anyone will can join in at any time.

Challenge: 30 consecutive days do 30 burpees. They can be done in sets of 10 or all at once. Purpose to improve your technique on getting down and up.

1. Post your success or struggles.
2. Post at least once a week on how you're doing and to keep you accountable on completing the task.
3. In your post note what day you started and the day you are on in the challenge.
4. Support and cheer each other on.
