Beginner or Assisted pull-ups (80# assist... was 'easy' so time to lower the assist weight. YAY!)

Sit-up (on stability ball)
Finished with 5 minutes of Tabata sprints (20 sec sprint/10 sec rest) then sent my sweaty self to the showers!
