Yeah, what Angie said... You know that it's a mom's job (or MIL) to annoy the heck out of you, right? Either way you have a clean house and awesome friends who can help you hide the body. LOL!

Awwww...Abby, I'm sorry to hear that your mother-in-law insulted you. I do the same thing though (the cleaning, not the insulting!), so I can understand. Whatever she said, it likely isn't true, and she was only using words to hurt you.
Big hugs being sent your way! We're here for ya!

Everyone did a great job today. Thanks to the insults from my mother in law I got my kitchen cleaned. I clean when I'm angry or hurt.

Go Bekah :) Proud of you for not quitting when you could have.
Angie, 6 rounds sounds good to me but I know what you mean- I was disappointed in myself today too. Sometimes there is only so much the body can crank out.
Our WOD sounded easy, I was surprised at how hard it was for me today.
AMRAP 20 min 8 deadlifts (95#) 12 kbs (20#) 16 burpee pullups (I did the burpee, stepup to the box and a jumping pullup) 3 rounds + deadlifts, kbs, and 8 of the burpeepu
My triceps and chest are SORE from yesterday so those Burpees were killer.. but worked through it.

Wow Bekah! Way to go on not letting something like lights going out stop you from a workout!
Everyone else - hope you enjoyed your rest! Those that worked out are posting some awesome workouts, too!
Cujo - I'll be thinking of you! Hope you're back at it soon - and pain FREE!
My workout tonight was not very spectacular. Fighting a horrendous headache (still), but I gave it what I had.
AMRAP 15 minutes: 5 left arm thrusters - 20# 5 right arm thrusters - 20# 7 push ups 18 step ups
Only got 6 rounds. Blah! But it's better than sitting at home on my bottom, so there's that.

I slept in and went to the doc this morning. Looks like I'll be getting some shots in both knees to help the pain and heal some of the soft tissue damage in there...what a life.

Anne- and I feel ya...same for me...I prescribed myself a daily visit to the gym because it's like a mega dose of vitamins for me and helps me to stay strong inside.

Hey team, Boy i'm having a sluggish week but I'm still getting to the gym. Today we did 1x1x1x1x1 push press. I ended up with 93#. Then we did a metcon...10 manmakers, 20pullups, 800 mtr run, 20 pullups, 10 manmakers. Had to use a band fot the last 20 pullups . Anyway, my time was 11:44. So it's done and now i'm cleaning my house for a visit from my sister and neice. Have a great day.

500m row 400m run 15 passthrough's 10 pushups 5 clapping pushups (on knees)
Shoulder Press, 5x5, max was 60 lbs for 4 reps. I am stuck at this weight. Our box has done a ton of strength training days this week and I love it.
Bekah, great job on sticking with your workout when everyone else left.
