Angie, 6 rounds sounds good to me but I know what you mean- I was disappointed in myself today too. Sometimes there is only so much the body can crank out.
Our WOD sounded easy, I was surprised at how hard it was for me today.
AMRAP 20 min
8 deadlifts (95#)
12 kbs (20#)
16 burpee pullups (I did the burpee, stepup to the box and a jumping pullup)
3 rounds + deadlifts, kbs, and 8 of the burpeepu
My triceps and chest are SORE from yesterday so those Burpees were killer.. but worked through it.
