DAG and KACE - you two are the Queens of the CrossFit hill today! The most exercise I got was walking down two big hills to the coffee shop for a 16 oz. Americano and back up the two hills to my apartment.
I didn't do anything yet, but I'll be doing Day 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred before bed because I feel disgusting. I made a full brunch (french toast casserole, bacon, sausage, strawberries, etc) and then made homemade chicken alfredo for dinner. Not to mention all the candy I ate.. which I feel guilty about.
