DAG and KACE - you two are the Queens of the CrossFit hill today! The most exercise I got was walking down two big hills to the coffee shop for a 16 oz. Americano and back up the two hills to my apartment.

emoticon Way to get a workout in today Dag!

I didn't do anything yet, but I'll be doing Day 1 of Jillian Michael's 30 day Shred before bed because I feel disgusting. I made a full brunch (french toast casserole, bacon, sausage, strawberries, etc) and then made homemade chicken alfredo for dinner. Not to mention all the candy I ate.. which I feel guilty about.

I wasn't sure if I could do the clean & jerks properly, and because yesterday was a cardio WOD and tomorrow a rest, I just made a full-body workout that I could do properly (things I know how to do with good form)
My WOD:
*Each exercise has 2 sets, so I would do the first set, do my burpees and do the second set...

20 crunches
20 Bicycle crunches
20 burpees

20 Squats
20 Deadlifts
20 Bent Rows
15 Superman
20 Burpees

20 Push-ups against counter-top
10 Tricep dips
10 Military press
10 Lateral Raises

Cool down

Goals:
SW: 280
GW: 150

Current Weight: 195

1st goal: 250 by 10/23/2008 -Goal met September 9 2008!
2nd goal: 225 by 1/18/2009 Goal met January 14 2009!
3rd goal: 200 by 4/16/2009 ---Goal met May 10, 2009!
4th goal: 180 by 6/25/2009----Goal Met!
5th goal: 150 by 10/8/2009

10 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
1 Weighted pull-up
9 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
2 Weighted pull-ups
8 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
3 Weighted pull-ups
7 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
4 Weighted pull-ups
6 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
5 Weighted pull-ups
5 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
6 Weighted pull-ups
4 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
7 Weighted pull-ups
3 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
8 Weighted pull-ups
2 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
9 Weighted pull-ups
1 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks
10 Weighted pull-ups

Use 25, 45, or 65 pound dumbbells. Use one of the C&J dumbbells as the load for the weighted pull-ups. Placing the dumbbell between legs crossed at the ankles works very well.
