Angie - enjoy your rest, girl... you deserve it! We've got rock hard abs, we just need to chisel the fat away! :)

Bekah, way to work it gril!!!

I worked at another bridal fair with the hubby today and my dogs are barkin - even though I was just standing!! But we opted to not go 'trolling' for cake samples this time and stuck with the snacks and lunch we packed.

I've got tomorrow off and have an awesome work out planned.

Oh, a small request - My hubby starts his new job tomorrow. Think happy, profitable thoughts for him. :)

Bekah, you can rest assured that I did my thing like a professional. I put my heart into it and made sure that the person I wanted to impress walked away smilin'! It was a good trip, but it's time to focus on the fat and start meeting my goals.

Welcome back, Cujo!

I'm taking a rest day today. My abs are making themselves known after the sit ups I did after yesterday's workout. LOL I love having sore muscles!

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
