Thank you ladies for your concern and please feel free to continue to kick my butt into resting.
I'm doing better every day and hopefully building back up to be stronger than ever!

Good job on Angie...Angie. You got spunk! Bekah, take care of that back. Baby yourself for awhile. Me...well I got a christmas tree today, decorated it with the kids, had Christmas cookies and.....wine. Yes, I said it! Wine, and I'm going to have another glass. The tree is pretty though. Have agood night all.

Angie - great job, girl! And..I'm sure your son did very well with you in his corner!
I did a bit of dancing last night which only aggravated my back more....rest is on the agenda for me for the next good while. I'll still be in here cheering everyone else on!

We did a "1/2 Angie" today and I've been dreading it since Wednesday.
100 jumping pull ups 50 push ups 50 sit ups 50 squats Final time: 16:38
All that dread was for nothing. It wasn't as bad as I built it up to be in my mind. And I feel GREAT right now. We're getting ready to take off and do some Christmas and grocery shopping, so I'm ready to take on whoever gets in my way. hahaha
Finished up with a nice brisk 30 minutes on the treadmill and then I got to count reps for my son while he did this workout. It was kind of fun to act as his trainer and shout encouragement at him and root him on. I'm not sure he felt the same way, but whatever! LOL
Enjoy your Saturday and give your workout your all!
