Triple nickel (pretty much every tuesday...) pick 5 exercises. For five minutes, do as many sets as possible of 5 reps of each exercise. Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds of 5 minutes. If time ends in the middle of a set, you have to start the set over on the next round.
