Triple nickel (pretty much every tuesday...)
pick 5 exercises. For five minutes, do as many sets as possible of 5 reps of each exercise. Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 rounds of 5 minutes. If time ends in the middle of a set, you have to start the set over on the next round.
5 exercises from last night:
hollow rock (ab/core thing)
Walking lunges (X10...5 for each leg)
I was one rep from finishing the 3rd set when time ended.
It's a CrossFit Rest Day...unless you've been slacking like me. Get a WOD done and let us know what you did. We've also got Burpees to do too.
