I did this one at 65#. Way, way, too light. I was afraid of the cleans+ push presses and it made me wimpy.

I didn't make it for this one either. Too tired from a sleepless night In addition, I am well done from the 120 pull-ups and 120 dips from yesterday.

Well I got it done, but it was not a great day in the gym this morning. I had a hard time keeping my focus.

Thanks Cujo for the motivation and the remembrance of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis and his family.

I give my respects to those who are willing to put their lives on the line ... and I sure am willing to give a little sweat in honor to our standing and fallen heros.

A little motivation for those that are going to give this WOD a try:
In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

AIRPOWER!!! SSgt Davis gave his life...the least we can do is give a little sweat!

This was a love-hate feeling today: Loved the lifts, Hated laying in a pool of sweat at the end of the WOD. During the 3rd round, I had to drop the weight to 135#, I just couldn't get the elbows tucked inder the Hang Power Cleans. I even kept track of my splits:

Round 1: 2:00
Round 2: 2:03
Round 3: 2:05
Rest 1 minute
Round 4: 2:56
Rest 1 minute
Round 5: 3:05
