Well I've had waaaaaaay to many rest days and I've had enough of it too! I'm using this day to jump back in.

-push-ups
-sit-ups
-burpees
-jumping jacks
-bicycle kicks
-mountain climbers
-air squats
-pull-ups (assisted)
and I want to work on my hand-stands and hand-stand pushups today
Afterwards, I'm going on a 4 mile walk with my hubby when he gets home! LoL not only am I surprised that he's actually going on a walk with me (hubby=lazy hehe), but HE was the one that suggested the idea! Hahah that's so awesome. *cough cough* except he doesn't know we're walking 4 miles. He said 30 mins, but little does he know that it takes about 30 mins to walk 2 miles... hoping he still forgets that he has to walk back when he comes home LOL!
