I have been doing CrossFit (on and off) for almost seven years and I have never heard of that. Good on you for sticking with it and finishing the workout! Get back in the gym and show the WODs whose boss!

I had a friend whose arms swoll up after he first learned how to kip. He is all better now and is still CrossFitting strong.
Did you do situp or crunches for the WOD?
Well I am slowly trying to learn about CF. My trainer just certified last week, so we thought we would try a workout. Well we started Angie, and I could only do 50 of each exercise except crunches which I did the 100. I really struggled and my arms felt really fatigued after. Two days later, my arms were swollen from my forearm all the way through my whole bicep/tricep and to the shoulder. Both arms! It was creepy. I could not move them and it was painful to sleep. The swelling lasted about a day and a half. I am back to normal now, but am afraid to get back at it. Not much on the net about it, and am wondering if any of you have experienced that after a CF workout?? HELP!
