Kat, I have been doing CrossFit (on and off) for almost seven years and I have never heard of that. Good on you for sticking with it and finishing the workout! Get back in the gym and show the WODs whose boss!

Well I am slowly trying to learn about CF. My trainer just certified last week, so we thought we would try a workout. Well we started Angie, and I could only do 50 of each exercise except crunches which I did the 100. I really struggled and my arms felt really fatigued after. Two days later, my arms were swollen from my forearm all the way through my whole bicep/tricep and to the shoulder. Both arms! It was creepy. I could not move them and it was painful to sleep. The swelling lasted about a day and a half. I am back to normal now, but am afraid to get back at it. Not much on the net about it, and am wondering if any of you have experienced that after a CF workout?? HELP!
