I just got the kit yesterday and I can't figure out how to add the DVD Ball/Band workouts to my fitness tracker on-going. When I click the links in the article, it gives me the option of only selecting one day, rather than making the Ball/Band my workout for multiple days. Also, when I try to change my workout settings, it asks which equipment I have access to (I have dumbbells, ball and band) but then it makes my entire workout using gym machines I don't have. I can't figure out how to change this. Any help is appreciated.
Update 1/11//10, 10:12pm: apparently by adding the DVD workouts to one day, it added them to all of my strength training days. Nevermind.
