Hi Everyone, I have an update on a high fiber cereal! The brand name is Nature's Path it is organic the name is SMART BRAN with psyllium and oatbran in it. It has a whopping 13 grams of fiber per serving! Now I only use half a serving 1/3 cup 6.5 grams of fiber along with a half serving of different cereal that I prefer the taste of. I usually have 1/2 of a banana with kefir in place of skim milk. The kefir gives you probiotics.

I got my banana nut cheerios today much to the chegrin of the boys. Think Roberto got tired of me asking him about it. I will have to tell him about the pumpkin one.

The only "Americans" in the house the boys. So they aren't used to many American foods.

Good Morning! About the Organic Flax Plus Pumpkin raisin crunch it is a Nature's Path product. I find mine in wal-mart. If you don't have a wal-mart close by I am sure your local health food store will carry it. You can check out www.naturespath.com
I hope you find it and enjoy!

LOL Cereal! If my hubby was here he would try to gain your sympathy and tell you how he misses his biscuits sausage and gravy (Yuck, I am a transplant to the south). He would further whine about how I feed him nuts and sticks! I happen to really enjoy my cereal and the health benefits. My favorite is Flax Plus Pumpkin Raisin crunch, Along with skim milk I usually add half of a banana Yum!

True, I could make pudding myself, but I only buy rice or soy milk by preference, and pudding doesn't set with that!

I haven't tried the Banana Cheerios but want to; I don't eat too much cereal though...

why not save yourself a bundle and make it yourself! just look for sugar free fat free jello and the same for jello instant pudding!! you need nothing but water for the regular jello and 2 cups of skim milk for the pudding!

It's always important to look at serving sizes and servings per container :)

Just thought I'd jump in... Jello-O brand makes diet jello and pudding sold in 6 packs. I find them either by the pudding section or the dairy section at the grocery store. Yummy and guilt-free!

If you really, really need something to eat, I found out that diet jello is OK, but cereal is good for you. It generally is high in fiber and fills you. All you have to do is read the caloric amounts that are on the box and you've got a good snack.
I was surprised to find out that this works.
Good luck! emoticon
